Scrubbing needs the file to buffer first. Cloudflare Pages serves this asset without
byte-range support, so the seek bar does nothing until the whole 22 MB has loaded. Playing from
the start works immediately. On the hotspot, the Download button below is the better
route — grab it once and scrub freely in any local player.
This page plays a compressed proxy, 720p at ~370 kbps, so it fits Cloudflare's 25 MB
per-file limit. The real master is 1920×1080 at 328 MB on the workstation:
